The New 2nd State Government

There is a huge responsibility on my shoulders to restore local government including that at the state level that has been bought by the super rich, by a few corporations, along with a few governments at the local level over the years. The local government has created police departments and jails in conjunction with the local courts. There are citizens who have worked hard all their lives, who have worked for 20 to 30 years to buy a home, and those homes are being taken away from them behind a concept called property tax. A real difference can be seen between having a real ownership of something versus leasing something.

I believe that we all must stand together in order to form the new 2nd state government, The TWA GOVERNMENT. Citizens and members of the TWA GOVERNMENT will not have to pay any property taxes if they own their own homes.

In order to provide our citizens with the security that they need, we will create our own courts and our own laws. Our 2nd state government will be able to create its own secretary of state and all the other offices and departments that are part of the state government.

Article [X] (10th Amendment) of the constitution states, The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people. Accordingly, if the powers are reserved for the States or to the people, the people would have the same right to form a second state government. That has the same powers as the state they live in.

Article [IX] (9th Amendment) States, The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.
