Time to fix the child support system

Our country has child support agencies that take advantage of its citizens. When you fall behind on your payments, they know how powerful contracts can be, and they manipulate you just so you will sign a contract that states you will go to jail, lose your license, and cannot renew your vehicle registration sticker. Under federal law, they cannot jail you for not paying a debt, but where they get you is by writing a contract that states you will spend six months in jail if you do not pay. There are politicians, governors, congressmen, and senators who know what's happening, but nobody has stepped up to defend what's right. It is John Washington's pledge to fight for the rights of all Americans.
