2024 presidential candidate John Washington has worked hard to find a solution that will help people become new home owners and pay their property taxes.

Owners of property should not have to pay taxes for a property that belongs to them, says Mr. Washington. If property taxes are paid annually, a property's value should not fluctuate. The value of that home should continue to rise as long as the property taxes are paid annually.

Mr. Washington has built a program that will pay home owners' property taxes and help people become new homeowners.
