Reforming A Corrupt State Government

It is true that we have many judges across our country who took an oath to our United States constitution. And those same judges have been known to disregard your constitutional rights when it comes to businesses that are associated with the office of the state attorney general.

In the attorney general's office, there is a department called child support that we are all familiar with, which is part of the attorney general's office. There is a clause in the contract that states that if you fail to pay your child support on a civil case, rather than a criminal case, you could face jail time of up to 6 months. Despite the fact that you have the right to travel, they attempt to take your driver's license.

Declaration of independence states

That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute a new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.

The Declaration of Independence states,

But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.--Such has been the patient suffering of these Colonies; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government. The history of the present King of Great Britain is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.

As part of our efforts, we have been contacting state officials. While we have contacted the governor's office to talk about our grievances, we have not received a response to our request. While we have state officials who are supposed to work for the state's people, most of them are only concerned with lining their own pockets with tax payer money. There is no doubt that our local and state courts are in cahoots with the attorney general's office because they have so many people they are sending to child support court making the uncustodial parents pay court fee even though they have been summoned to appear.

Having the power to dissolve the political bands from Great Britain, we should be able to dissolve the political bands in our local and state governments in the same manner.

The constitution 10th Amendment states that

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

Considering that we are the people, this means we have the right to form a second state government on behalf of the people that has the same powers as the state we live in, if we wish.

There is no doubt in my mind that we will take this route because we have a state government that is corrupt, that cares a lot more about their pockets than they do about the rights of Americans.
