Once I Become President.

If I become President, I will call for martial law in any city that allows its police officers to violate the rights of its citizens. I believe this is necessary to protect the rights of all citizens and to ensure that the police are held accountable for their actions. I will also call for the establishment of a national police oversight board to investigate cases of police misconduct. In addition, I will call for the passage of legislation that would require all police officers to wear body cameras and that would make it a crime for an officer to turn off his or her body camera while on duty. These measures are necessary to protect the rights of all citizens and to ensure that the police are held accountable for their actions.

Martial law is a temporary measure to restore order in a city where police have violated the rights of citizens. The U.S. military will take over all government functions, but Americans will still retain their freedoms, including the right to move around the city as usual. Local courts and law enforcement will be suspended until the problems in that city can be resolved. Martial law is a last resort when all other options have failed. It is a temporary measure that is designed to restore order and protect the rights of citizens.
